The Pan-Asian restaurant KOI Bar from the Ryba International team has recently opened on the territory of Badaevsky plant. Influenced mainly by the Chinese and Japanese kitchen, KOI offers a truly culinary journey through East Asia. The team of cooks from China is led by the master of Pan-Asian cuisine Yu Xiang, and for the Japanese direction Denis Shegai (Sumosan) is in charge.
The menu features 20 varieties of classic and fancy rolls (classic California 390rubles), sushi (starting from 190rubles) and sashimi (starting from 510rubles). There are also traditional Pan-Asian and Japanese dishes such as Udon noodles with seafood, Peking duck (890rubles), Singapore-style rice noodles with beef (420rubles), soup of sea cucumbers (850rubles), Nabemono with beef and shiitake (1200rubles) or even caviar of sea urchins (pre-order only).
